Size Exchange

If the size you ordered is not suitable, we offer size exchange only.

Customers may request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is in original condition
• The item includes original packaging

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to size exchanges unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Returns (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange either:

• A replacement item
or
• A full refund
