Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekend & holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Delivery within Egypt takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Times may vary during high-demand periods or holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) available across all of Egypt. Pay when your order arrives.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update or confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct. NEV is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
Size Exchange
- Available within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Subject to product availability
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect
Returns Manufacturing Defects Only
- Accepted only for manufacturing defects
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
- Once confirmed, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund
Not Eligible for Return
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have been used or worn
- Products without original packaging
Note
Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting during photography or differences in screen displays.
How to Request
To request a size exchange or report a defect, please contact us on WhatsApp. Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Photos of the item (if reporting a defect)
